Raising burglaries in Esher and Walton

Esher & Walton has some of the worst burglary stats in the country... In Elmbridge, 92% of burglaries went unsolved last year with police failing to even identify a suspect, while in Surrey, 63% of burglaries were not attended by police. At Home Office questions, I asked the Police and Crime Minister how the Government’s new policing performance unit and neighbourhood policing guarantee will make a tangible difference to my constituents and ensure that we all feel safe in our own homes. I will be watching this issue closely and want to see a significant improvement in police response rates across Esher and Walton
