Speaking on children's online harms

Many local Headteachers tell me they are concerned about the impact phones and devices are having on children’s attention and concentration. I raised this in a Westminster debate on online harms. I am asking for the Government’s study into the effects of smartphones and social media on children to be published as soon as possible so that we can take action where needed. The longer we leave it, the more children are at harm.
