Raising the implications of a Heathrow third runway

A third runway at Heathrow has profound implications for our climate, our health and neighbouring communities. My constituents are already worried about levels of noise pollution from Heathrow. The economic benefits may be overstated and the costs fluctuate wildly. I've written to the Transport Secretary alongside my neighbouring Lib Dem MPs Munira Wilson, Sarah Olney, Paul Kohler and Joshua Reynolds asking the Government important questions about these proposals.

In Parliament I asked the Minister whether the Government planned to ignore the health and noise impact of a third runway at Heathrow on my constituents. Eight air routes currently cross Esher and Walton and noise is a constant problem.
