Asking the Development Minister on the Government limiting the percentage of UK aid spend

In the International Development Select Committee I asked the Development Minister Anneleise Dodds why the Government had chosen to limit the percentage of UK aid spend by using the Conservative Government’s fiscal tests imposed when aid was cut from 0.7% of GNI which they had vigorously opposed when in opposition.
