The Government rise in employer NI contributions on GPs and Hospices

The Government rise in employer National Insurance contributions will hit local GPs and Princess Alice Hospice hard in Esher and Walton. It will cost our Princess Alice Hospice £400k per year. I’m urging the Government to exempt GPs and Hospices from this hike.

I also wrote to the Chancellor calling for a protection for GP practices and hospices from NI changes.

I also signed a joint letter alongside my fellow Liberal Democrat MPs to the Chancellor.
